Investigations have begun into a plane crash in Papua New Guinea that killed two New Zealand pilots as their families gather for a memorial service in the highlands town of Mt Hagen.
Captains Chris Hansen, 37, and Richard West, 40, were piloting a Missionary Aviation Fellowship (MAF) Twin Otter aircraft when it crashed near Wobagen in the Star Mountains early on Tuesday afternoon.
